PumpDocket

Built for the crews that keep things running.

About PumpDocket

PumpDocket is dispatch, compliance, and invoicing software for companies that pump septic tanks, grease traps, and portable restrooms.

Why we built it

We built it because the options were bad. Generic field service platforms that don't understand manifests or trip tickets. Spreadsheets and whiteboards that fall apart past two trucks. Legacy software that charges per user and still can't tell you which state requires a manifest.

So we read the regulations ourselves. All 50 states. Cited sources, verified against government databases, built jurisdiction profiles that generate the right paperwork automatically. That compliance framework is the foundation everything else sits on.

What we believe

  • Software should do the paperwork, not create more of it
  • Compliance isn't optional when you're hauling regulated waste — your software should handle it out of the box
  • Pricing should be simple and affordable. No per-user fees, no hidden costs.
  • No contracts. Month-to-month. If the software stops earning its keep, you should be able to leave

How We Operate

Small team. Fast ship. No investors.

Self-funded

No investors, no board

Product decisions come from operators, not a fundraising deck.

Direct support

Talk to the builders

When you email support, you're talking to someone who builds the product. Not a script reader.
