Free Month
New accounts start with a free month so teams can validate dispatch fit quickly. A card is collected at signup but not charged during the free month.
Plans
PumpDocket offers three plans: Starter, Team, and Fleet. Starter includes dispatch and field closeout for 1–3 trucks. Team adds recurring scheduling, compliance trip tickets, QuickBooks sync, and bookkeeper reports for 4–10 trucks. Fleet includes everything in Team for 11+ trucks with bulk compliance exports and dedicated onboarding.
Month-to-Month Billing
Standard plans are billed month-to-month. No annual commitment is required to continue service.
Annual Billing
Annual billing gives you two months free — pay for 10 months, get 12. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Plan Boundaries
Pricing tiers are based on truck count and feature access. Starter covers 1–3 trucks with core dispatch features. Team covers 4–10 trucks with recurring scheduling, compliance, QuickBooks, and bookkeeper reports. Fleet covers 11+ trucks with everything in Team plus bulk exports and dedicated onboarding.
Payment Failures
Failed charges may place your account into a limited state until billing is resolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in-app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate or incorrect charges.
